BASIC Operators Course

The Raider Outboard Motor 4-Hour Instruction Course can be taught at any training location. It is designed to provide participants with an overview of the Raider Outboard Motor, dewatering procedure, and post-submersionprocedures.

Training focuses on the skills needed to successfullyoperate the Raider Outboard Motor, including proper fuel-oil mixture, non-start condition procedures, dewatering procedure, and post-submersion procedures.

Participants will also take part in a practical evolution, incorporating the basic elements of operation along with hands-on training in proper dewatering procedure and practice in returning the motor to operation after submersion.

Classroom lessons and performance evolutions work hand-in-hand across the curriculum to further develop personal mastery and problem-solving techniques. Training evolutions emphasize and reiterate classroom presentations, discipline, attention to detail, while always focusing on overall mission accomplishment and the safety of personnel.

Field Service Technician Course

The Model 40 Raider Outboard Field Service Technician Course of Instruction can be taught at any training location. It is designed to provide participants with an overview of the Raider Outboard Motor, Field Service Maintenance Actions, Periodic Maintenance, pre/post operation procedures, and troubleshooting. 

Training focuses on the skills needed to properly perform Field Service Technician maintenance requirements, prepare the Raider Outboard Motor to operate in various operational environments.   Knowledge and performance skill sets are developed for a broad array of topics that provide participants exposure to both scheduled and unforeseen maintenance requirements.

Participants will also be introduced to a wide range of practical evolutions that combine the knowledge and skill sets learned throughout Raider Outboard Field Service Technician Course of Instruction.

½ DAY FAMILIARIZATION (FAM) COURSE

The FAM course of instruction is typically held at off-site training location.  It is designed to provide participants with an overview of the Raider Outboard motor.  This hands-on training is a top level overview with concentration on pre-operations; operating the outboard; and post-operations procedures.  De-watering the outboard after submersion; fuel mixtures; propeller selection; and fundamental repairs using the supplied tool kit will go into detail.  This is a basic course to operating and caring for the Raider outboard.

RAIDER OUTBOARDS/WING INFLATABLE COURSE

This five (5) day course spends the first three days on the Raider Outboard motor and two days on the WING Inflatable boat.  Training focuses on the skills needed to properly perform the maintenance requirement and prepare the Raider Outboard motor to operate in various operational environments and how to care for and prepare the WING Inflatable for missions.

This course provides the knowledge and performance skill sets to further develop personal mastery and problem-solving techniques.  Training evolutions emphasize and reiterate classroom presentations, discipline, attention to detail and while always focusing on overall mission accomplishment and safety of personnel.
